In our efforts to support a greener future, Bonnie Doon Centre has installed rooftop beehives to protect and promote our vital bee population. Our beehives, home to the gentle Italian honeybee (Apis mellifera), are managed by urban beekeepers who ensure their well-being. The honey harvested will be shared with our tenants and used to support community initiatives.

Special Event: Honey Bee Kiosk

Join us on Thursday, August 15 from 11:30am to 1:30pm, at the Honey Bee Kiosk located near the Food Court to celebrate the Honey Bee! This special event offers a chance to learn about the importance of our beehives and enjoy free honey samples and Bonnie Doon Centre swag including sunglasses, sidewalk chalk and lip balm, one per customer while quantities last.
